What to expect
- A supervised pool session with one of our certified instructors
- All equipment provided (mask, fins, wetsuit, BCD, regulator, tank)
- A brief safety briefing before entering the water
- Your first breaths underwater — in a safe, controlled environment
- Duration: approximately 1 hour (briefing + pool time)
- No prior experience needed — just bring a swimsuit and a towel!
How it works

- Come to the pool at the agreed time — we handle the rest!
⚠️ Important health information
Diving is not recommended if you have any of the following conditions:
- Respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD)
- Heart conditions or recent cardiovascular surgery
- Epilepsy or neurological conditions
- Ear or sinus problems
- Pregnancy
